Return Policy for products purchased through

If you’re unsatisfied with products purchased direct from MotorGuide, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 calendar days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days. Please use the following steps when preparing your return:

  • Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in new sellable condition. All labels and tags must be intact, and the item cannot show any signs of use. If the item is considered used, credit will not be issued, and the item will be sent back.
  • You must have a packing slip or order confirmation email from your original purchase to complete your return. The original packing slip or email confirmation will need to be included in the box when the item is sent back.

  2. Write your Return Authorization Number on a copy of your packing slip or a printed copy of your original order confirmation email and enclose it in the package.
  3. Package up your item securely and remove any previous shipping labels from the box.
  4. Ship your items. Use the shipping address below. Please note, you are responsible for return freight charges, any insurance, and scheduling the pickup of your package unless otherwise agreed upon with MotorGuide customer service.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 business days. A refund of the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping expenses will not be credited unless otherwise agreed upon with MotorGuide customer service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
