MotorGuide Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We offer Standard Ground and 2-Day shipping options for an additional fee. Freight options and fees are detailed below.

Standard Ground

Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in one (1) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Delivery times listed above do not apply to APO & FPO shipments.

* Standard ground shipping times only relate to in stock orders

2-Day Shipping

Orders placed with 2-Day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM EST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Additional processing time may be necessary for some orders.

Orders placed with 2-Day shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Not available for orders shipping to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipments

Standard Shipping is available to all orders shipping to AK & HI for a flat rate of $49.95. If purchasing a 72" shaft trolling motor, an additional $75 Oversize Item Fee will apply. 2 DAY shipping method is not available to orders shipping to AK & HI.

P.O. Box Shipments

We apologize, but we do not currently ship to addresses with P.O. Boxes.

APO & FPO Shipments

Orders shipping to APO & FPO will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Delivery times listed above do not apply to APO & FPO shipments.

Oversize Item Fee

72" shaft trolling motors will be subject to a separate $75 oversize item fee at checkout, in addition to any shipping charges.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping prices vary depending on the size of your order and the shipping method you have chosen. Your package arrival date is based on your address, the shipping method selected and the date and time your order is placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains all details regarding your shipment including shipping method and tracking number.
